A: We started our business in 1998 and we sold our first lambs in 2000.

Q: I don't know how to cook lamb - can you help?

A: Yes, I provide all kinds of recipe help to folks. I have kid-tested recipes as well as pamphlets from the American Lamb Board that are filled with recipes. See my links page for some on-line ideas.

A: My lambs are harvested between 5 and 11 months of age and the individual cuts of meat are packaged in a vacuum-sealed packages at a USDA plant and kept in my commercial freezer at minus 10 degrees. This allows me to maintain a year round supply of meat for my customers.
