2009 lambs are expected between mid February and mid May -- As of late March we only have 11 lambs.  Harvest will begin in August and will continue thru the end of the calendar year.
 
Shearing -- this year we will be hand shearing the ewes in small groups beginning in April or May.  We are also leaving tails on all ewe lambs to continue to evaluate if we want to adapt this practice.  Several of the 2008 lambs kept their tails and experienced no difficulties whatsoever. 

Visitors are welcome for tours -- call to arrange one today!

Generally our lamb will be available at the following farmers market (if there is a particular cut you are looking for, it is advisable to call ahead to be sure we will have it!):
